Job Description

The Bancon Group is seeking a Management Accountant to join its busy finance team in Aberdeenshire. You will be a qualified accountant or equivalent by experience, producing monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts, and supporting audits and regulatory reporting.

You will collaborate with FD and Group Finance, drive improvements to systems and processes, and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making across Homes and Construction entities.
