Job Description

NatWest Group is seeking an Employment Law & HR Officer to build on your experience in employment law or HR within a supportive environment and to deliver employment law and HR compliance services to our clients.

You’ll provide employment law and HR advice primarily by telephone, with some email and webchat, and you’ll identify opportunities to meet client needs through bespoke services and cross-sell training and consultancy.
