Therapeutic Youth Care Worker – Sleepover Shifts

Job Description

Greenleaf House in Auchterarder, Scotland is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our therapeutic care team. You will work with young people in a residential setting, including 14-hour shifts followed by a 10-hour sleepover, with a 2 on/3 off pattern.

The role requires compassion, patience and a trauma-informed approach, with SVQ 3 and HNC in social care or equivalent, and eligibility for SSSC registration. Applicants should hold a UK driving licence.
