Assistant Event Catering Operations Lead

Nourish with Levy is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for the Edinburgh venue. Based at the EICC, you will support planning and delivery of high-end event catering, lead on site teams during events, and ensure outstanding service from setup to gala dinner.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to drive guest experiences, uphold safety standards, and optimise service delivery across conferences, banquets and exhibitions.
