Standing Tall in Glasgow is seeking a Talent Scout to lead our new Glasgow operations, managing 12-month placement support and forging local business partnerships.

This hybrid role requires collaborative leadership, emotional intelligence, and a drive to help people experiencing homelessness achieve stable employment and safe housing.

You will recruit and train Amici Hosts, coordinate resources, and ensure high standards of service while traveling locally.
