School Cleaning Manager: Lead Team & Standards

Job Description

Sodexo, at Edinburgh Academy Senior School in Edinburgh, is seeking a hands-on Domestic Cleaning Manager to lead the on-site cleaning operation.

You will manage a large team, plan rotas, recruit and train staff, conduct audits and risk assessments, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding health, safety and COSHH standards.

This permanent, full-time role offers a £38,500 per annum salary plus an operational bonus and a Monday-Friday pattern with occasional weekend work.
