CareTech’s ACAD division in Dumfries is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the strategic and operational delivery of high quality residential child care across multiple homes, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding.

You will support Registered Managers, promote trauma informed practice, drive improvements in outcomes for children and families, manage budgets and resources, oversee recruitment and development, and build strong partnerships with local authorities and health
