Lead NPI Engineering Manager – Regulated Electronics

Frontier Resourcing is partnering with a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced NPI Engineering Manager. You will lead the industrialisation of new products, guiding them from concept through to full production in a regulated environment.

The role requires eligibility for UK security clearance and a strong background in electronics manufacturing, DfM/DFT/DFC, and PRINCE2/PMP style project planning. Excellent leadership is essential.
