Sodexo Live! UK&I, located in Scotland with travel across the UK, seeks an experienced Regional HR Business Partner. The role leads people strategy across a diverse portfolio of iconic venues and events, driving performance, growth and capability in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning, recruitment and workforce analytics, while championing inclusion and wellbeing initiatives and managing employee relations across multi-site operations.
