Contract Governance Lead – Hard FM (NEC4)

Job Description

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking a Contract Governance Officer for our Hard FM team to manage NEC4 Term Service Contracts across about 650 buildings. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and ensuring best value in a busy technical services environment.

We require experience in facilities management, policy management, and contract governance frameworks. This is a 36-hour-per-week, on-site post based at Waverley Court with a salary of £34,452-£40,501.
