Proactive IT Assistant: End-User Support & Network Ops

Job Description

SUMITOMO ELECTRIC U.K. POWER CABLES LTD. is seeking an IT Assistant to support daily IT operations across our office and manufacturing site. The role combines end user support with administration of network, server, and endpoint environments.

You will manage onboarding, device deployment, 365 apps, and IT asset records while collaborating with vendors to ensure security and availability of infrastructure.
