Oracle EBS HCM Developer – HR & Payroll

Job Description

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking an Oracle EBS HCM Developer to join our UK hub network, including Motherwell and Newcastle. You will lead the development of robust Oracle-based HR and payroll solutions, integrating OTL, HR Self Service, and Payroll with enterprise systems.

You will work across teams to design, test, and deploy backend enhancements using PL/SQL and LINIX, mentor junior developers, and help drive digital transformation while adhering to security and data standards.
