Global Offshore ROV Supervisor & Team Lead

Job Description

ROVOP is expanding its team to support a diverse portfolio of long term offshore ROV operations. We are seeking experienced ROV professionals to mobilise immediately across our fleet and projects worldwide.

You will lead safety-focused operations, supervise launch/recovery, ensure equipment readiness, complete technical reports, and mentor trainees to ROV Supervisor status. A proactive, safety-first mindset is essential for this role.
