Agile Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Enabling Agile teams and facilitating core ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Applying focused technical expertise to key milestones or deliverables, with understanding of policies and procedures
• Demonstrating strong delivery performance and behaviours and may assume full responsibility for a process or project
• Coordinating across technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Driving adoption of Agile practices and project management tools
• Maintaining stakeholder communication and reporting on project progress

Requirements

• Good exposure to project management, ideally in Agile environments
• Certifications: PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications are an advantage
• Familiarity with project management and Agile software (ADO, ServiceNow)
• Effective communication, adaptability, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence
• Interest in Asset Management or Finance Technology
