Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Enabling Agile teams and facilitating core ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Applying focused technical expertise to key milestones or deliverables, with understanding of policies and procedures
- Demonstrating strong delivery performance and behaviours and may assume full responsibility for a process or project
- Coordinating across technical and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Driving adoption of Agile practices and project management tools
- Maintaining stakeholder communication and reporting on project progress
Requirements
- Good exposure to project management, ideally in Agile environments
- Certifications: PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certifications are an advantage
- Familiarity with project management and Agile software (ADO, ServiceNow)
- Effective communication, adaptability, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence
- Interest in Asset Management or Finance Technology
