Hybrid HR Generalist – People & Culture Advocate

Job Description

Mindroom is seeking an HR Officer to join the Operational Services team on a 21-hour-per-week, hybrid basis. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for HR and employee matters, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, and providing proactive HR support to managers and staff.

You will work closely with the Director of Finance and Operations and external HR consultants to maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture and deliver a professional HR service.
