Summary
JOB TITLE: People Systems Power Apps Developer
SALARY: £44,901 – £49,890
LOCATION(s): Edinburgh, Bristol, Leeds, Halifax
HOURS: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid (at least two days per week at an office site)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power Apps tooling for HR processes, including organisational change and implementation.
- Build and enhance Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Deliver data driven insights to improve HR decision making.
- Automate and simplify processes to drive efficiency and better outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve business challenges.
- Communicate complex data through clear storytelling and actionable recommendations.
- Champion data literacy, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Thrive in an agile, collaborative environment working with analysts, data scientists and business teams.
Qualifications
- Hands on engineering experience with Power Platform services: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents, Python and other low code or high code technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
- Proficient in conveying complex data insights through presentations, reports, and visualisations.
- Clear, concise communication skills to convey data insights and recommendations.
- Creative problem solving skills to address unique data related challenges.
- Understanding of automation benefits and experience fulfilling automation in a previous role or personal environment.
- Preferably knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
