Rathbones seeks a senior leader to head Digital Experience Development, shaping and delivering intuitive, personalised client interfaces across channels. The role partners with Product, Design, Data and Operations to reimagine how clients understand and grow their wealth.

You will own end-to-end engineering of digital journeys, champion AI and modern tech, ensure data integrity and resilience, and lead high performing teams through change. Hybrid working in the UK with enterprise-scale platforms.
