Hand Picked Hotels Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Sous Chef at Fermain Valley Hotel on the beautiful island of Guernsey. You will assist in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and support the Head Chef in overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of presentation and flavor.
