Duty Manager – Glasgow Giffnock FWC
Permanent, Full time – 40 hours per week – Salary £28,038 per annum.
We are looking for a passionate individual to deliver an exceptional fitness experience for our members. As a Duty Manager at our gym, you’ll bring demonstrable sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing the club during your shift.
- Prioritise member satisfaction, engage with members, foster happiness, and build strong relationships.
- Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits offered by Nuffield Health.
- Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
- Help achieve sales targets.
- Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training on site to cover lifeguard breaks.
Qualifications / Experience
- Demonstrable sales experience and the ability to quickly get to grips with our business.
- Excellent communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for excellent customer service.
