Responsibilities
The Client Relations Administrator is a vital role within Clan, ensuring that all clients and visitors receive a high level of customer service. This role coordinates the smooth running of all Clan’s front of house activity including, but not exclusively, greeting clients arriving for cancer support, group work or therapies and checking in and out of Clan’s B&B accommodation.
As the first point of contact, you will deliver a welcoming experience, managing enquiries and keeping our client database updated.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A highly efficient administrator who is enthusiastic and proactive.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively by being flexible, resilient and with aptitude for learning new skills.
