Head Cook – Galloway Community Hospital
A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Head Cook to join our existing team at the Galloway Community Hospital. Duties will include the day-to-day running of the department, producing and serving high-quality meals for patients, staff, and visitors, and supervising all operational aspects of the kitchen and associated areas, including deliveries, preparation, storage rooms, dining room, and staff within these areas.

- Run the cooking department efficiently.
- Produce and serve high-quality meals for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Supervise deliveries, preparation, storage rooms, dining room, and kitchen staff.
- Ensure adherence to food hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Commercial or industrial background experience advantageous (not required).
- Hospitality experience advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
- Strong food preparation, culinary, and supervisory skills.
