Overview
2 Available Posts – 1 x Permanent / 1 x Fixed Term – 18 month. Are you passionate about digital transformation and improving healthcare services? We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our Primary Care Digital Enablement Team, supporting the delivery of innovative digital solutions across Fife.
As a Digital Enablement Facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation initiatives across Primary Care. Working across multiple projects simultaneously, you will support the successful implementation, testing, and adoption of new systems and technologies. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including GPs, Pharmacists, Dentists, and Optometrists, helping to modernise services and improve outcomes for patients. The post holder will be part of the GP Reprovisioning Programme Team supporting our 50 practices implement new clinical systems and system upgrades over the coming year.
You will be expected to travel throughout Fife and across Scotland as required, and to flex working hours to meet the needs of training delivery.

Responsibilities
- Deliver digital transformation initiatives across Primary Care projects, supporting implementation, testing, and adoption of new systems and technologies.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to modernise services and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the GP Reprovisioning Programme Team to implement new clinical systems and system upgrades across 50 practices.
- Support training delivery across clinical and non-clinical staff; travel as required within Fife and Scotland; accommodate flexible working hours.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Experienced Digital Enablement Facilitator or equivalent, with the ability to deliver changes to a range of clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Ability to travel across Fife and Scotland; flexible to training delivery schedules.
- Commitment to NHS Fife’s digital change agenda and ability to act as an advocate for change.
