About the Role
As Senior Charge Nurse, you will provide professional and managerial leadership and direction to the ward team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for patients and their families.
About Loirston Ward
Loirston Ward is a specialist assessment and treatment ward within NHS Grampian’s Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex mental health presentations.

What We’re Looking For
- Are registered with the NMC as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
- Have experience working within a specialist learning disability setting
- Demonstrate strong clinical leadership and decision-making skills
- Are compassionate, patient-centred, and values-driven
- Are committed to continuous professional development and service improvement
