Porter / Janitor

Job Description

Brightwork is pleased to recruit a temporary Porter/Janitor to join the Visitor Center team at our client’s site in Dufftown.

Your Time at Work

• Moving furniture and equipment to facilitate functions and events
• Litter picking, cleaning bins, polishing, sweeping
• Supporting the maintenance team with any tasks that are required
• Movement of luggage to/from guest rooms
• Stocking fires, ensuring a plentiful supply of kindling, logs and matches
• Keeping fireplaces clean and removing ash
• Reporting any health and safety concerns

Our Perfect Worker

The successful candidate must have a driving license. They must be able to lift and move chairs and tables and work independently. We are looking for a reliable, conscientious team player.

Key Information and Benefits

Working hours are mainly Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during busy periods.
