Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor – Medical Workforce based at University Hospital Crosshouse. This post is offered on a permanent basis.
What you will do
Provide expert advice and support on medical and dental terms and conditions, employment relations, and workforce projects.
Work closely with managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, and play a key role in implementing new contracts and supporting national initiatives.
Supervise a small team and deputise for the HR Manager – Medical Workforce when required.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with significant HR experience and be a CIPD member. You will have knowledge of employment law, NHS workforce structures, and ideally medical staffing policies. Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills are essential.
