Job Description
Join us as a Workforce and Financial Analyst within our Private Banking division where you will conduct Workforce and financial analysis and use your expertise in data manipulation, modelling and automation to support the achievement of key business objectives.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Workforce analysis and familiarity with systems such as; Workday, SAP Fieldglass, Coupa and other finance, learning HR Systems
- Advanced Excel and Data visualisation tools such as; Tableau, PowerBI and Qlik
- Process analysis, mapping, optimisation, continuous improvement and process automation

This role will be based in our Glasgow office

- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
