Job Description

Hibernian Football Club Limited is looking for a Matchday Receptionist at Easter Road Stadium in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will provide best-in-class customer service to matchday hospitality guests, welcoming them upon arrival and directing them to their allocated suites.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible attitude. Prior experience in customer service is an advantage. Candidates must be available for all home matchdays and will receive full training on Ticketmaster.
