Human Resources Advisor – 2 posts, both Band 5, 36 hours per week (Permanent and Fixed Term until 31 December 2026)
Looking to develop your career in HR, with the opportunity to work across HR Operations including application of Terms and Conditions and Employee Relations in the NHS. This post will provide an ideal opportunity to enhance your experience in HR.
We currently have a team of HR Advisors who support our Directorates in delivering and planning high quality healthcare, providing general HR support to specific Directorates and cross-cover as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support line managers with day to day operational HR needs.
- Apply HR policies, terms and conditions and employee relations practices.
- Promote employee wellbeing, equality and diversity and seek excellence and improvement.
- Make sound decisions, prioritise workload and communicate effectively.
