Bar and Restaurant Supervisor – Malmaison Edinburgh, Leith

Pay & Hours
£13.10 per hour basic + TRONC service charge, 40 hours per week (full time, permanent, morning & evening shifts).
Contract
Permanent full time, morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the restaurant and bar, managing guest flow and experience.
- Communicate effectively with Kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards and deliver celebrity service, keeping guests smiling.
- Support the team during busy periods, especially evenings and weekends.
- Assist with daily opening and closing duties as required.
Training & Development
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training. We encourage internal development and progression, potentially leading to a Head of Department role.
