Role Purpose
- Managing a portfolio of clients with a proactive, high quality service
- Coaching team members on the job, providing constructive feedback and supporting their development
- Effectively communicating with clients and the team
- Ensuring engagements are completed within agreed budgets and identifying areas of overrun where they do not
- Reviewing work prepared by other team members, ensuring the firm’s quality control procedures and professional standards are adhered to
- Identifying technical issues through the audit work and identifying potential solutions
- Participating in tenders/proposals for new work as required
- Taking responsibility for own personal development
- Working as part of the management team and leading initiatives as required
Experience & Qualifications
- Professional qualification (CA, ACCA)
- Experience of managing a client portfolio
- Experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues
