An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and highly motivated Community Nurse to work within the Upper Marr Community Nursing Team, part of the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership. The successful candidate will provide safe and effective person-centred care in partnership with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include delivering accountable care, collaborating with a team, and maintaining high-quality communication. Qualifications required include a full driver’s licence and experience in community nursing.
