The Role
As an Optometrist, you’ll deliver high quality eye examinations while supporting a premium, customer first experience in store. You’ll work closely with the retail team to ensure every patient journey feels seamless, from eye test to frame choice, while upholding the highest professional and clinical standards.

- Conduct thorough, patient focused eye examinations to a high clinical standard
- Provide clear, confident clinical advice tailored to individual needs
- Recommend optical solutions that balance medical accuracy with lifestyle and style
- Support the delivery of a seamless optical journey alongside the store team
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional guidelines
- Build trust, long term relationships and positive patient experiences
- Stay up to date with product innovation, lenses and Ray Ban optical collections
About You
- Fully qualified and GOC registered Optometrist
- Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
- Confident communicator who builds rapport with ease
- Comfortable working in a retail led, customer focused environment
- Detail driven, professional and clinically robust
- Interested in innovation, learning and evolving eyecare
