User Researcher & Service Design Specialist

Job Description

Harvey Nash Group is looking for an experienced User Researcher to join their team in Edinburgh for a 12-month contract. You will lead research activities and help shape user-centred digital services, working closely within multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong user research experience, proven capabilities in user-centered design, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. This role offers an outside IR35 pay rate of £450/480 per day.
