Thisisn’ta traditional HR Business Partner role.Equally,it’snot a purely delivery-focused Learning & Development position.
Instead,you’llsit at the intersection of HR, Learning & Development, organisationalcapabilityand business change, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation toidentifyskills gaps, develop practical learning solutions and support wider people initiatives.
What will you be doing?

Partnering with stakeholders across the business toidentifylearning and capability needs

Designing and delivering engaging learning interventions
-
Creating blended learning solutions, including workshops, digitalcontentand e-learning

Supporting onboarding,capabilityand development programmes

Working closely with subject matter experts to translate technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences

Contributing to wider people and organisational change initiatives
What are we looking for?
We’reideally looking for someone who has a strong HR foundation but has since developed a passion and specialism within Learning & Development.

Experience of a blend of both HR generalist and L&D experience is essential

Experience partnering with stakeholders on learning and capability initiatives
-
Experience designing and delivering learning solutions from needs analysis through to evaluation

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Confidence working alongside leaders and subject matter experts

Experience supporting organisational change or transformation initiatives
-
A commercial mindset and the ability to think beyond the immediate learning request
Financial Services experience would be highlyadvantageous; however,we’realso keen to hear from individuals within other highly regulated sectors, as experience navigating regulatory frameworks andoperatingin a regulated environment is a key requirement for this role.
