Within this, our Transaction Services (TS) team plays a critical role in supporting high-profile deals across a range of sectors, working with corporates, private equity, and institutional investors.In Scotland, Transaction Services is a key growth area for the firm, offering strong deal flow, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to play a visible role in shaping and expanding the practice.You’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing team working on primarily mid-market transaction,including cross-border engagements, alongside experiencedlocal Directors and Partners.
