Divisional Assessor – Lead Property Surveys & Valuations

Centreforequalities is seeking a Divisional Assessor based in Glenrothes to lead property surveys and valuations for the Fife Assessor Service. This permanent position offers a salary of £57,196.54 to £62,583.94 per year pro rata, plus a market supplement.

The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified and hold a degree at SCQF Level 9. This role includes a blended working pattern, allowing flexibility in work locations. Responsibilities involve managing the training and work of technical staff to ensure efficient operations in the department.
