Together Trust Centre is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their People, Culture and Digital team. This hybrid role primarily based in Central Office, Cheadle, aims to promote a supportive workplace culture. You will provide expert advice on employee relations matters and help develop policies that reflect best practices.

The position offers a salary of £36,040 per annum along with a range of benefits, including generous annual leave and a strong pension scheme. Candidates with experience in education, healthcare, or social care settings are preferred.
