The Recruitment Team at the University of St Andrews isseeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Administrator to join us duringan exciting period of transformation and development across our HR services.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people,has strong organisational skills, and is keen to develop a career within TalentAcquisition or Human Resources.

Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, youwill play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment experience forcandidates and hiring managers at one of the world’s leading universities.Managing a diverse range of vacancies across both Professional Services andAcademic Schools, you will help ensure the University continues to attractexceptional talent from around the globe.

In addition to driving recruitment activity forward, youwill provide advice and support to a wide range of internal and externalstakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. As part of the University’songoing HROSDS Enhancement project, you will have the opportunity to developnew skills, contribute to service improvements, and help shape a modern,inclusive, and high-performing recruitment service. This will includesupporting candidate selection processes, providing guidance on recruitment systems,and contributing to future developments within the service.

What you will be doing

  • Supportingend-to-end recruitment activity across a wide range of vacancies
  • Actingas a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout therecruitment lifecycle
  • Providinghigh-quality advice and support on recruitment processes and systems
  • Coordinatinginterviews, recruitment documentation, and communications
  • Ensuringexcellent attention to detail and accuracy across all recruitment activity
  • Supportingcontinuous improvement and modernisation projects within Recruitment and HR
  • Workingcollaboratively with colleagues across the wider HR function

Experience within recruitment, HR, or another people-focusedrole would be advantageous. However, we also welcome applications fromindividuals with transferable skills and a genuine enthusiasm forpeople-focused work and service delivery.
