Position Summary

Support Workers (Personal Assistants) assist individuals requiring support to achieve goals and outcomes.

Location

PERTH

Hours & Shift Pattern

32 hours per week. Shift pattern 9am – 9pm with overnight support. Support is provided 24/7; rotas reflect this and are flexible where needed.

Pay

£13.45 per hour.

Driver’s Licence

Drivers Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
• Support clients in expanding their social networks and connections.
• Respond to varying support requirements to deliver tailored assistance.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values and transferable skills are prioritized.
