How you’ll make a difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining excellent customer service in person and over the phone
  • Greeting and assisting clients
  • Scheduling, and managing appointments
  • Answering emails and dealing with the post
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the practice
  • Safe handling of dispensed medications
  • Banking/cashing up
  • Stock control

Your normal hours of work are 36.75 hours per week, Mon-Fri between 07:45 and 19:15. Included in this is the requirement to participate in a 1 in 2 Saturday rota, working 08:30-12:00.
