Responsibilities

National Positive Behaviour Support Training Officer responsibilities include development, review and delivery of our ‘Active Support’ and ‘Practice Leadership’ credit rated training programmes, accessed throughout the year by operational staff teams across services. You will design and deliver tutorials, workshops, reflective practice and mentoring opportunities for each candidate registered on the programmes of study. Throughout the year, you will hold a case load of candidates, with direct responsibility for managing all aspects of their training journey, including submission, assessment, grading and verification of their coursework.
