What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Develop and create innovative menus for the restaurant, events, and functions.
- Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain profitability without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with hotel management to align kitchen operations with overall business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar hotel or restaurant environment.
- Banqueting experience is advantageous.
- Strong culinary knowledge and passion for food.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative flair and ability to perform under pressure.
- Demonstrable experience in menu development, stock control, and team management.
