Kick It Out is looking for a customer service team member for the 2026/27 season to ensure fans have an unforgettable matchday experience at the American Express Stadium. Responsibilities include processing bookings and serving fans during all home games. Candidates should have prior customer service experience, the ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills. The position will require attendance at all home Premier League games and additional cup games, making it essential for candidates to be available throughout the season.
