This is a non-patient-facing role, ideal if you enjoy clinical decision-making, working independently, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, hybrid role with an assigned office of Upavon, Brighton, Coventry, or Cardiff. Job title: Medical Records Assessor Job Description: What you’ll be doing: Reviewing candidates’ medical records and declarations Making clear, evidence-based clinical decisions in line with military standards Completing assessments and documentation accurately on our systems Working to daily and weekly targets in a structured, supportive team What we’re looking for: We are seeking applications from individuals who demonstrate strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy , and who are comfortable working in a target driven environment , typically managing around 8 cases per day . You’ll be confident in making sound clinical decisions and applying your professional judgement consistently.You’ll also bring the following essential qualifications, skills and experience: A qualified Healthcare Professional with current UK registration (for example NMC or HCPC ), with no restrictions on practice Post registration clinical experience as a Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist About Recruiting Partnering Project (RPP): At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we’re transforming the British Army’s recruitment service.
