Are you an experienced GP seeking a role that combines high-quality clinical care with a clear leadership remit?

Newbattle Medical Group is looking for a Senior Associate Salaried GP to join our friendly, ambitious, and forward thinking team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a patient facing role that goes beyond routine sessions, with a defined leadership component.

We are seeking a skilled clinician who is confident managing complexity, uncertainty, and risk, and committed to delivering holistic, person centered care. The successful candidate will also support colleagues, contribute to service development, and provide visible leadership within the multidisciplinary team.

Alongside delivering excellent patient care, you will act as a senior lead for salaried GPs, offering day to day guidance and contributing to quality improvement and sustainable service delivery. This role is ideal for those preparing for future partnership or looking to maintain leadership involvement while reducing day to day pressures.

Salary is circa £13,900 per session.

We offer flexible working patterns, six weeks’ annual leave plus one week’s study leave, a study budget, protected admin time, additional paid sessions, and support for CPD and leadership development.
