The Role
We’re seeking a highly experienced Luxury Travel Sales Specialist to join our founding team.
You’ll be instrumental in driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and representing Do Not Disturb as a trusted authority in luxury travel.
Our business has been in soft launch mode for the last few months and we’re now ready to take this to the next stage.

What You’ll Do
- Convert high-quality leads generated by the company into loyal, repeat clients.
- Build and grow your own book of luxury travel clients, leveraging existing relationships and new opportunities.
- Design and sell bespoke travel experiences using your exceptional product and destination knowledge.
- Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to refine product and client communication.
- Represent Do Not Disturb at luxury travel events and with trade partners.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in luxury travel sales (minimum 3 years preferred).
- A strong existing client portfolio or proven ability to build one.
- Deep understanding of luxury travel products, destinations, and client expectations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – motivated to drive sales and grow with a new brand.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Self starter comfortable working independently in a hybrid environmentwith regular time in our Brighton office.
