Job Description

We are working exclusively with our client to recurit a proactive and resilient HR Adviser to join our growing business. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a busy, reactive environment and is confident managing a high-volume workload with shifting priorities.

You will play a key role in supporting managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance while ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters
  • Manage a high volume of cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues
  • Support a rapidly growing workforce with timely and effective HR solutions
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and up to date
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports where required
  • Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Proven experience in a busy HR Adviser or HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Comfortable working in a highly reactive, fast-moving environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable
