The Role As a key member of the team, you will handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial leasing transactions
- Acquisitions and disposals of property assets
- Development projects, including renewable energy, leases, and infrastructure agreements
- Corporate support on property matters
Candidate Profile We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in commercial property work (leases, acquisitions, development projects)
- Possess strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
- Hold qualifications as a Lawyer in Scotland
