The Role:
As a Technical Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting clients with the design and quotation of AV and access control systems for leisure centres and gym installation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the quotation process for inbound sales enquiries from clients
- Taking project briefs and identifying suitable solutions
- Quoting and specifying access control systems.
- Assessing when site surveys may be required
- Presenting system designs and solutions to clients
- Supporting Business Development Managers on key accounts
- Maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Good understanding of access control systems (door entry, gate entry, turnstiles)
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- The ability to understand client requirements and recommend solutions
- Knowledge of AV systems (preferred)
- Right to work within the UK
