HR Administrator – Glasgow – Mobile Telecoms – Hybrid – 2 days/week in office 30 or 37.5hrs/week
The People Services Administrator role sits within the HR Services Team of a leading mobile telecoms company.
As a People Services Administrator you’ll oversee and execute volume administration processes across our BAU employee lifecycle processes as well as some key integration projects with the employee experience in mind.
Responsibilities
- Transactional administration support including bulk HR system updates, collateral and letter production
- Provide basic people policies and process advice, for example new starters and right to work
- Subject Matter expert on key employee life cycle processes, for example starter and movers
- Supporting team KPIs, providing first contact resolution where possible and maintaining SLA on volume transactions
- Input data accurately and promptly across numerous people systems ensuring compliance with data protection
- Project support as required, responding quickly and effectively to requests from others
Experience
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to communicate at various levels across the organisation providing great customer service
- Strong team working skills
- Basic reporting skills and Excel competent
- Accuracy and high attention to detail
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
- Drive and self-motivation
- Strong MS Office skills
- Experience of working in an HR environment (desirable)
